Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting 2026.

The AGM gave us an opportunity to reflect on the progress we've made together over the past year, recognise the dedication and hard work of colleagues across the trust, and share our plans for the future.

We were also pleased to launch and discuss our new five-year organisational strategy, Doing well together, which will guide our work from 2026 to 2031.

Our vision is to make mental health care easier to access, easier to navigate and more consistent across Kent and Medway. Achieving this will require all of us working together, and we would like to thank every colleague for the part you play in delivering high-quality care and support every day. 

Thank you again to everyone who attended, asked questions and engaged with the discussion. Together, we can turn our ambitions into meaningful improvements for patients, families and communities.
