We are committed to understanding how our services are experienced by our service users and to use this knowledge as an opportunity to improve.

It is vital that each and every single one of our patients, and their carers, are given the chance to feedback their views on our service, so we can offer patients the best possible experience. Every experience counts.

When asked what was good about your experience, patients said:

• I really like having a menu of choices of support. I feel this has helped with my treatment. I also appreciate how easy it is to reach people and change appointments if needed. I also like the transparency around my care.
• I have been supported, treated with respect and dignity. A lot of kindness and compassion, overall standard of nursing care has been very good.
• Style of communication to help me understand, kind, polite, friendly and doing as much as possible to help.
