Have your say in the 2026 Community Mental Health Survey

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is running the 2026 Community Mental Health Survey as part of its national survey programme.

Only around 1,200 people who use community mental health services across Kent and Medway will have the opportunity to take part. If you receive an invitation, your feedback is invaluable and will help shape future mental health services.

Who will be invited?

Between August and November 2026, around 1,200 people who used community mental health services during April and May 2026 will be randomly selected and invited by post to complete the survey.

Taking part is entirely voluntary, but every response makes a difference. As only a small number of people are invited, your experiences can help improve mental health services across Kent and Medway.

If you receive an invitation, please take a few minutes to complete the survey. By sharing your experiences, you can help improve the quality of community mental health services across Kent and Medway. Every response matters. Every voice counts.
