Confidentiality and GDPR
This is an updated piece of legislation that sets new standards for protecting information. GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation. This new legislation will strengthen the protection of data and provide harmonisation of data protection across the EU and the UK, enforcing far more severe monetary penalties for non-compliance (up to four per cent turnover). GDPR also brings a new set of digital rights for all individuals.

Our services
We provide a number of different mental health and specialist services for children, young people and adults living in Kent and Medway. We also offer eating disorder services for anyone aged 8 years or older, and diagnostic assessments for children and young people with Neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism and ADHD. Most of our mental health services are more provided through community based teams, outpatient clinics and inpatient units.
