Our services
We provide a number of different mental health and specialist services for children, young people and adults living in Kent and Medway. We also offer eating disorder services for anyone aged 8 years or older, and diagnostic assessments for children and young people with Neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism and ADHD. Most of our mental health services are more provided through community based teams, outpatient clinics and inpatient units.

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is supporting ‘Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026’ with a week-long campaign designed to improve understanding of neurodiversity and help provide more inclusive care for neurodivergent patients.
Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley Mental Health Together (MHT) and Mental Health Together Plus (MHT+)
Our MHT and MHT+ teams provide community-based support and treatment for adults of all ages experiencing mental health challenges. These teams bring together the expertise of the former Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and Community Mental Health Services for Older People (CMHSOP) to make sure that care is tailored to individual needs, regardless of age.
The Grove
The Grove is an inpatient mental health rehabilitation unit situated in Ramsgate. It aims to provide intensive support to adults with complex mental health issues and a high level of psychological need for up to a year.

Resident doctor’s strike action
