Group and corporate volunteering

We believe that the best partnerships start with purpose. Our corporate volunteering programme gives organisations the chance to make a tangible difference to mental health care across Kent and Medway — while meeting social value targets and enriching workplace wellbeing.

Whether it’s transforming green spaces, supporting patient education projects, capital builds or helping us bring comfort to patients and families, every volunteering day helps us create brighter, more hopeful environments for those in our care.

By partnering with us, your organisation can:

Deliver meaningful social value aligned with NHS and community wellbeing priorities.
•  Enhance staff engagement and morale through shared experiences that connect teams to something bigger.
•  Build community connections that demonstrate your commitment to social responsibility and compassionate leadership.
•  See your impact first-hand through powerful, people-centred projects that leave a legacy of care.

We offer a range of corporate volunteering packages — from one-off team challenge days to ongoing partnerships that align with your company’s sustainability and social impact goals. Every opportunity is tailored to suit your team’s skills, values, and desired outcomes, ensuring your time makes a genuine and lasting difference.

When your team volunteers with us, you’re not just giving time — you’re helping us bring health, heart, and hope to people when they need it most.

Our trust covers the whole of Kent and Medway with sites in many locations. Activities include:

  • gardening
  • conservation
  • painting fences
  • painting murals
  • creating wildlife habitats
  • group activities for colleges, Scouts or other groups
  • supporting charity events

Join us in creating change that matters.

Our Charity – Health, Heart, Hope

We are proud to support the creation of spaces and activities that make a difference to our patients and their families. To do this, we rely on donations and support from our community and corporate partners.

We encourage any companies volunteering with us to support our NHS charity – Health, Heart, Hope – through donations or fundraising in addition to your volunteering time. This could be donations related to your volunteering. For example, you can donate items such as outdoor seating, planting beds or other small items.

You could also take on a fundraising challenge, join charity events or organise your own fundraiser. Even something as simple as helping us to promote our charitable activities and fundraising opportunities to your company makes an incredible difference.

We deeply value the time and commitment our partners give to support us. Our Communications team can help with promoting your support so you get public recognition for your contributions.
