Tell us what you think
At Kent and Medway Mental Health Trust, your experiences and feedback are important to us. We want to understand what has worked well for you and where you think we can do better.
By taking the time to complete the “Your Experience Matters” feedback form, you are helping us to reflect on and improve the services that we offer, and we would be very grateful for any feedback that you choose to share. We would very much like to hear both from individuals who have used any of our services, as well as family, friends and loved ones who have had contact with us.
Why we’re asking for your feedback:
Your feedback helps us to understand what is working well and where we might be able to do things differently to improve the experience of those using our services, and their family, friends and loved ones, going forwards.
By listening to your experiences, we can make sure our services meet the needs of the people who use them and those that support them. Your views help shape how care is planned, delivered and improved across the trust and we are committed to listening to, and using your feedback to do this.
The “Your Experience Matters” feedback form helps us bring together the feedback of those who use our services, and their family, friends and loved ones, helping us build a clearer picture of the way that our services are experienced and how we can improve them for everyone.
It’s also important for you to know that all of the feedback that you provide is anonymous.
How you can give your feedback:
You can share your feedback with us in the following ways:

- Ask your healthcare professional for a paper form during your appointment
- Scan the QR code on one of the “Your Experience Matters” posters that you can find in our services
