During October to December 2025, 208 family members, friends and carers gave their own views about their experience of our services:

- The whole team have been really understanding, supportive, patient, empathetic and brilliant really. Thank you so much all of you.
- The overall experience with my Dad was brilliant, the ward staff communicated well and support both my Dad and family.
- Able to support Mum and kept in a loop with her care while feeling like I could raise concerns myself when necessary. Kind and friendly team who alleviated Mum's anxiety about the process as much as possible.
