Recent feedback
In July to September 2025, 239 family members, friends and carers gave their own views about their experience of our services:
- Family, friends and carers strongly agree that they were approached by staff in a respectful and kind way.
- Family, friends and carers agree that staff adequately explained confidentiality to them.
- The overall experience as a family member, friend or carer is very good.
Family, friends and carers said:
- "All staff have been compassionate when visiting and are extremely polite and thorough throughout, didn't know about carer assessments."
- "Felt relief when the team arrived and explained how and what my relative was going through, we as a family cannot fault this care in the community from the mental health team."
- "All the team always very supportive helpful and kind. I always came away from the visit with my son feeling confident and better informed."
