For repeat prescription requests
If you require a repeat prescription for medication provided by Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust, please submit an email to your local clinic including the following details. This email can only help you with prescriptions, not general enquiries.

- Childs name
- Date of birth
- All Medication and dosages
- Allergies (please specify even if none)
- Nominated pharmacy and their contact number
